Only original papers (not published or not simultaneously submitted to another journal) will be considered for publication. Copyright for published papers should be assigned to the publisher where possible. All submissions must be accompanied by a completed publishing agreement, copies of which are printed in the journal or available from the publisher or Managing Editor.
It is the author's responsibility to obtain written permission from the copyright holders to quote material which has appeared in another publication.
